My specialty is medical interpreting; Dr.'s appointments, surgeries, births, mental health, etc.
Can be available for last minute assignments.
Worked at the Model Secondary School for the Deaf at the Gallaudet University campus in the 70's. Worked with the Dean of students and was heavily involved with deaf community, and was actively learning sign language and deaf culture. Volunteered interpreting extensively for deaf friends over the years.

I am a licensed TypeWell Transcriber for the deaf, blind, and learning disabled folks.
Rates:$55.00 per hour; 2 hour minimum
$65.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum for emergency work, under 24 hours.
